Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and 947ph ("the platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the 947ph website and mobile application, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, promotions, withdrawals, and any other interaction with the platform.

Eligibility

• You are located in the Philippines or are a Filipino citizen accessing the platform.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use — not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You do not already hold another active 947ph account.

If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to register or use 947ph. The platform reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

Account Registration and Responsibility

When you register with 947ph, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account login is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact the 947ph support team immediately via the contact email listed on this site. 947ph cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 947ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made through supported payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering on 947ph.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment channel and are displayed at the time of deposit. 947ph does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — this is outside 947ph's control.

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment accounts in your name. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC) using a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a one-time requirement and is in place to protect your account and ensure funds are directed to the correct owner.

947ph processes withdrawal requests within the stated processing window, which is published on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawal amounts are subject to any applicable minimum limits. Promotions and Bonuses

947ph offers promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the promotion is live. General rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign a bonus to another player.
• Each player is eligible for a promotion once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or categories specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses that carry wagering requirements must be played through the stated number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

947ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute about a promotion, the decision of 947ph is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 947ph. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Money laundering or any other use of 947ph for illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity for account registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Responsible Gaming

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Bets placed based on incorrect or outdated information displayed due to a technical error — such bets may be voided at 947ph's discretion.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their login credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 947ph's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the transaction directly giving rise to the claim.
